Great company to deal with from initial contact, to the installation. Very helpful at advising best sized system to suit the workings of the household, and always on hand to take a phone call to answer any questions you think of between order and install. Their surveyors are extremely insightful and knowledgeable of their systems and products that are best suited to the house. Great communications from them to let you know when the crew will be at the house for the install. Panel installers did an excellent job, a neat and tidy install onto a 40 year old cement tiled roof. Electricians did a very tidy install of the inverter and battery, and did a great job with the addition of the 'gateway' switch and installing it so the whole power system can be switched over to separate the house from the grid and continue to have lights, heat, fridge and the telly, in the event of a prolonged power cut in the area during the stormy season. Well worth having a chat with Resolute if you're think about going solar.

From initial expression of interest to final installation and now post installation the experience with Go Solar (Resolute Engineering) has been top notch! The advice and responsiveness to ALL my many questions was friendly supportive and super professional. My biggest concern was the install in a 25 year old one-off build. But the site survey in advance and the detailed plan for install was followed to the letter, including the install of a new grounding rod when the existing one could be found. 5 Vans arrived on-time, all the lads were friendly, professional, very efficient and cleaned up all around them as they finished the various elements of the install. They also fixed 1 or 2 small additional electrical faults with our fuse board as part of the install. 1 small issue with the controlling APP was quickly resolved online on the phone 2 days after install that I noticed only when I started to understand the detailed info it was supplying. Overall would have no hesitation about recommending them for your Solar install!

Her attention to detail, explaining every little detail to me (I was clueless really), and her passion for what she does is remarkable. The installation team did a lovely neat and tidy job and explained everything thoroughly to us Other solar companies just didn't compare to be honest and her emphasis on the aftersales support really cemented the deal for us. I am delighted with the service and professionalism Going Solar provided from commencement to finish when installing my solar panels and EV charger. 9 panels were installed to the front of my home and I decided a year later to go with this company again to install more panels to the rear of my home.
