DPAR Electrical Services LTD T/A Powerhouse Electrical Services

I must commend Powerhouse Electric for the prompt attention and service to fix an electrical problem with smoke detectors in my home. They sent Mark, a nice service technician, to fix the problem during a very busy scheduling time. Accolades to DR Horton Homebuilder’s family of service providers, particularly Powerhouse Electric!

Powerhouse installed a lighting fixture in my home. Two years later, I chose them to uninstall the lighting fixture and install a new lighting fixture, given their experience with the prior installation. Their fee was overpriced, non-negotiable, and cash only. They left an hole in my ceiling when they ripped the lighting from my ceiling to uninstall it. They refused to cover the cost to get the ceiling repaired. The manager reported that it wasn't their fault. This company is terrible. I am completely dissatisfied with their service.

The Powerhouse Electrical Services team was excellent to work with. From the customer service representatives to their field personnel, they were professional and explained the problems we had (and the correct solutions). Plus, they fixed our electrical issues the first time. I would highly recommend Powerhouse Electrical Services if you were in need of electric services at your home or business.

I was having a problem with my A\C and dryer breakers tripping. We called Powerhouse who not only fixed our issue, but made sure to gives us a direct contact should anything happen down the road. I always appreciate someone explaining what is happening and why. I cant say enough about how much time and frustration Powerhouse saved us. We will use them again should we need to, hopefully not.

Our builder used the Powerhouse division out of Marble Falls. Mike and Tate were on top of all of our questions and had such good attitudes throughout the entire build. Out of all the trades associated with our new home Powerhouse made the most lasting impression! We will use them for our future projects for sure!
