I found the staff, both office and on site very friendly and helpful. I needed the battery in my alarm changed. When there they ran a complete service and ensured I knew all aspects of the alarm as I had recently moved into the house. Very attentive service and called when they said they would. Highly recommended.

This company installed our alarm in 2014. Had no issues until a month ago. Alarm going off sporadically and the message was always patio door. Rang the shop on October 8th left all my information and was told Noel was out but he'd contact me. He hasn't i presume because it's not lucrative enough for them to travel 45 minutes to fix this issue for me. I've contacted another company who are coming today Oct 15th to solve this. So just be aware they will fit your alarm, but may not be interested in helping you out in the future. If you live in Drogheda or surrounding area I'm sure you'll be fine. I'm 35 miles away.

Funny Noel, you only contacted me after i posted the review. And i should have been made aware about the lead time by the staff member who took my call. I'm very sure if i was enquiring about getting an alarm or cctv system I'd have been contacted a lot sooner.

Recently got security cameras fitted by noel, super job and very good value. Highly recommend him. Keep going back, a perfect job each time, thanks noel
