We had a small fire in our garage which burned our wood pellet boiler. Finding a service technican to see what they could salvage or fix was very hard for this type of wood pellet boiler. Grace in Proservice came to rescue and sourced a technican that was very good and he tried very hard but failed to fix the boiler as it was too badly damaged. He was extremely helpful in getting hot water working while we were talking to our insurance. In the meantime Grace was extremely helpful in getting quotes for the replacement and fixing of the boiler. She was extremely efficient and friendly, very much like Edward the technican. I would have to give them a five start for the effort they put in. A great team.

A ProService tech serviced my solar hot water system. (1) Did not inspect the roof panels (2) Did not change the glycol, indeed maintained that the glycol should not be regularly replaced! (3) Did check the controller settings and visually inspect the plumbing in the hotpress. Charged 181.60. I can do (3) myself so a complete waste of money

Advised me of replacing several parts equating to 600 euros over 5 weeks. Then the boiler broke 3 days after the 300 euro part was fitted. I rang Proservice and the lady had said I had been advised that my boiler needed replacing as she had been however this was never communicated to me. Cancelled my appointments several times to begin with. Non responsive. Would highly advise to steer clear of this company. The technician was very nice but bad management are rude. 5 days response rate when your boiler is broken and clearly can not be bothered.

Served our solar heating installation. Was fast and effective. The system is quieter now but just as effective. Also offered helpful information on how the solar interplays with the immersion. Very helpful!
