I have been dealing with Horizon Energy for many years, for different clients, and have always found them to be very competitive with their prices. Thomas is always at the end of the phone to answer any queries and explain everything in detail to me. Nothing is too much trouble for him. Please have no dealings with this Company as we have been 'trapped' into an expensive electricity deal, signed up for 2 years and because we didn't reply to an email sent 4 months before our 2 years were up this Company has taken it upon themselves to 'trap' our business in the most expensive energy deal on the market until March 2020 with Energia. Only discovered this underhanded action when I went to renew with another energy company in February of this year when our original 2 year contract should have been up.

Disaster. We were told our energy prices would drop but they increased steadily and we started to get monthly bills instead of bimonthly, I presume to try to hide the increases. We were able to get a much better rate elsewhere ourselves.

A warning to all. Steer well clear of this company if you don't wish to pay exorbitant rates for electricity while being hard sold that it's a deal. A raw deal, that you'll regret, deeply
