Just had our heat recovery unit serviced with Dan. Top class, such a nice guy and so invested in making sure it was running right. Nothing was a bother to him. A great asset to the company. Defo with get him again.

Just Had John from Clean Energy service my solar panels. I am very happy with their thorough and professional service. John could not have been more helpful. Thanks also to bridget for scheduling the service at such short notice. Keep up the good work.

9th June - Contacted cleanenergyireland.ie to see if they were who installed my panels in 2016. A neighbour said they need to be serviced every 3 years. Stating that it may need to be serviced. 10th June - Was contacted by lady in the office. She stated the service costs €140 (inc. VAT) and what was my availability and my details. 18th June - Service was carried out. The pressure was down so the system needed to be topped up. When it was being topped up the fluid was going down the front window. The service guy had to fix a leak in the system. How long has this leak been here I don't know but as it has never worked properly it could have been the case it was there from day one. 28th Sept - I noticed the pressure on the gauge had dropped again and I contacted lady in the office. Early Oct - The engineer called out and looked at the system. He stated there is an issue with the pump and the office would be in touch with me. 12th Oct - I contacted the lady in the office via email again to get a status update. 14th Oct - I get an email from the lady in the office about it again. I am told they can replace the pump at a cost of €150 inc. VAT 15th Oct approx - Very frustrated now I called. Was told that the pump is out of warranty. Very annoyed for multiple reasons: 1. leak on the roof from day one. 2. A faulty pump was not picked up during the service. 3. Very poor responce time on getting the issue resolved. I first reported the issue in June. 4. Being asked to provide proof that it has not been working from day one (unsure what to expect as it's my first solar system). Was told the issue would be escalated to her manager. 18th Oct - Requested an update from the lady in the office. Received an out of office from her that she will return next Monday the 21st Oct 23rd Oct - Still no reply to the email or status update on the escalation of the issue. This was not a cheap product. The after sales is dreadful in comparison to the value of the product. The product has had issues from day one. I am not the only person in this estate unhappy with them. I would not recommend them as they install a products and do not stand over them. Not what you expect for something that cost 000's More examples of this on their FB of people waiting a year + to get things fixed.
